Making a start

Time to shake a leg. Was it ever so slightly perceptibly warmer today or was that just my imagination? Whatever. I've sown the first peas in pots in the greenhouse and planted out the onion sets. Somehow that seemed to take all day. It's just as well it's not a race.

I'm convinced that weekends run on a shorter clock than week days; everything seems to take the whole day. Not sure what I'm going to do when spring really arrives, I'll probably be sowing 1 seed a week at this rate lol

Good for you Simon, get cracking! I sowed snap peas in rows last week, as the soil temps were right on but then we had a suprise cold snap...the peas are probably just sitting there rotting now. May have to re-seed. I put in 10 fingerling seed potatoes today. Getting there!
