I did manage to get the peas planted out. I seem to have more posts about peas than anything else. Maybe because I find them the most satisfying crop to grow.

I should really take a cue from you and start mine in pots! I always plant out directly and loose most of them to cold/wet/rot or slugs, then have to replant. Yours look awesome!

i envy your soil simon. it's going take us a few more years to get to that yummy chocolate dirt of yours.
happy peas! we've got two hundred broad beans in as a winter crop, and, of course for soil improvement.
